This is a copy of the DataMelt article from Wikipedia (2007-2018). In 2018 it was destroyed by freelance editors offering their paid service to write a "DataMelt overview". They vandalized this Wikipedia article after we declined their offer. Since 2007 many people has been contributing to DataMelt article on Wikipedia on voluntary basis, therefore, an attempt was made to preserve it. You are free to use it for any purpose you like. You can re-post it on alternative public resources, or use it for your purpose without restrictions. It uses the same Wiki-syntax tags as the original Wikipedia article (therefore you can see some missing links).
